Employees

All employees have been carefully chosen for their role. Some examples of this criteria includes outstanding operating skills with combined experience, excellent safety record and safety attitude, pride in their job, happy to please, experience in the concrete/cement industry and being able to do concrete placing, not just pump it (helps with the levels so less work for your company). These are just a few of the things our employees will deliver.

Concrete Pumping Queensland is an equal opportunity employer and is always looking to employ anyone who has the qualities of this company and who is willing to work as a team. All employees must be able to carry out jobs from set up, line hand and operator. Concrete Pumping Queensland conducts regular training with employees to ensure no "bad habits" or "unsafe acts" occur. Line hands are regularly trained to progress into driving and operating  pumps allowing us to maintain CPQ standards and practices. Please contact us via this website if you think you fit the role.
